Record of collections made by the Branch Bank attorney, 1837-1840.

This series consists of a record of the various types of notes and bills that were delivered to the Branch Bank's attorney for collections. The types of notes include notes under the 21st and 2nd sections, business notes, "notes for relief suffered by Creek Indian depredation", bills of exchange, and sixteenth section notes. Included are the date, the county, the amount of the note, the name of the person or persons involved in the transaction, and remarks pertaining to payment of the debts. The Branch Bank at Montgomery's attorney was J.J. Hutchinson.
